Risk disclosure
Applies to FP fractionaire, operated by [FP to confirm: legal entity name].
You can lose money
The value of a property, and of a fraction of it, can go down as well as up. You may get back less than you paid, or nothing.
Fractions may be hard to sell
This marketplace does not run a market for reselling fractions. Expect to hold a fraction for the long term: you may not be able to sell it when you want to, or at all.
Yield is not guaranteed
Expected yield is an estimate built on assumptions about rent, occupancy and costs. Actual distributions can be lower, late or not paid.
Concentration
Each fraction is exposure to one property in one market. Putting a large part of your savings into a single property increases your risk.
Smart contract and blockchain risk
- Purchases run through smart contracts on INFRA Network. Contracts can contain errors, and the network can be slow, congested or unavailable.
- Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
- If you lose access to your wallet, you may lose access to your fractions. [FP to confirm: whether and how lost holdings can be recovered]
Payment token risk
USDT and USDC are stablecoins issued by third parties and can lose their link to the US dollar. reAED, the native token of INFRA Network, is intended to track the UAE dirham; that link depends on the arrangements behind it and can fail.
Operator and legal risk
[FP to confirm: how each property is held, and what happens to fraction holders if the operator stops trading]
Law and regulation for tokenised real estate are still developing and can change in ways that affect your holding.
Tax
You are responsible for any tax due on your purchases, holdings and yield. [FP to confirm: tax guidance or referral]
No advice
FP fractionaire does not give investment, legal or tax advice. If you are not sure a purchase suits you, speak to an independent adviser. Questions about this disclosure: [FP to confirm: support email].
