How it works

Four glass buildings: none, one, several and all of their glass cells lit in lime

  1. Whole asset

    Each property is listed as one asset, divided into a fixed number of fractions with a set price per fraction.

  2. Single fraction

    Once your identity is verified, you can buy as little as one fraction and pay on INFRA Network.

  3. Multiple ownership

    Many verified investors hold fractions of the same property. Each holding is an ERC-1155 token in the buyer’s wallet.

  4. Full ownership

    When every fraction is sold, the whole property is held by its fraction owners. Your portfolio shows each purchase with its transaction hash.
